Sheridan Evans Executive Search is a young talent finding business with a fresh attitude. It was founded in 2004 by Richard Evans. Richard has a 20 year career in technology and spent the last 14 years of his corporate career in various GM, Marketing and Business Development roles as a senior Director at Motorola and Vodafone. He ran a number of Motorola's business units in the emerging mobile applications and enabling technologies area.
Shelley Simone joined the business a year later as co Director, bringing 15 years of HR client side experience of managing talent pipelines for blue chip corporates in various industries, including Semicon, Global IT Services, Internet Technology as well as Retail. A skilled linguist and for many years an Expat herself, building talented teams internationally became her core strength. She has covered EMEA, North America and APAC in particular. Her last role was Global HR Director based in Switzerland.
