Most of our team have come from corporate backgrounds and bring a deep understanding of the markets that we specialise in. This has been a deliberate policy, but we also want to hire people from Executive Search/ Recruitment backgrounds, or Corporate Resourcing. We remain interested in Senior Executives from related industries who can help us expand into other markets.
